Create a Zendesk Account

This process will allow us to send/receive messages if you've been having trouble sending email messages to us, or if you haven't been receiving emails that we've sent to you.


1. Go to

2. Click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the window

3. Click the Get A Password link




4. Follow the password creation steps in the message you receive.

5. Once you have a password, click the Sign In button again to enter your Username and Password.

6. When you're logged in, click "My Activities" to view all open tickets. Click the subject line of your current ticket to see all correspondence.

7. If you're having trouble sending messages to us by email, you can submit a request directly from this portal, as well as by clicking the "Submit a Request" button on the right side of the screen.
