Creating and using marketing groups

Marketing groups are the most efficient way to manage the contacts in campaigns.

  • You can tie lead capture forms to a specific marketing group so leads that come in on the form are automatically categorized and part of campaigns using that group.
  • When Promoter campaigns use marketing groups instead of individual contacts, anytime someone new is added to the group by filling out a lead capture form, they'll automatically start receiving emails from that campaign. 
  • When importing contacts, you can select marketing groups for the files you are importing.
