Clearing Temporary Internet Files
Whenever something Internet-related isn’t working as expected, the first thing to try is to clear your temporary Internet files, cookies, and Flash cache. This document explains the temporary Internet files but for the other two follow these links:

Clearing your Temporary Internet Files is easy. Find your browser below or click the quick link to jump straight to the right section.
Internet Explorer
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Apple Safari
Internet Explorer
With Internet Explorer open, press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
Unmark the option for Preserve Favorites website data, mark the option for Temporary Internet files, and for Cookies and website data

Click Delete. When finished, close out of Internet Explorer completely, then reopen it and try again.

Mozilla Firefox
With Firefox open, press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open theClear All History dialog.

In the Time range to clear drop-down, chooseEverything.
Check the box labeled Cache, and uncheck everything else.
Click Clear Now. When it’s finished, close and reopen Firefox, and try what you were doing again.

Google Chrome
With Chrome open, press Ctrl + Shift + Del

A new tab opens displaying the Clear Browsing Datadialog.
In the Obliterate the following items from drop-down, choose the beginning of time, mark the option for”Empty the Cache”, and unmark everything else.
Click Clear browsing data. When it’s complete, close Chrome, reopen it, and try what you were doing again.

Apple Safari
Click Safari in the Menu Bar and choose Preferences…
In the Preferences window, choose Privacy, and clickRemove All Website Data….
When prompted, click Remove Now.
Now, close Safari, reopen it, and try what you were doing again.
