Whenever something Internet-related isn't working as expected, the first thing to try is to clear your temporary Internet files, cookies, and Flash cache. This document explains how to clear your Adobe Flash cache but for the other two follow these links:
How to clear your Adobe Flash Cache
- Click here to access the Adobe Flash Website Storage Settings panel.
- In the settings panel, click Delete all sites and click Confirm.
Now, close out of your browser completely, reopen it, and try what you were doing again.
