How do agents accept leads in Lead Manager?

Pipeline ROI compiles all leads provided by your broker in one, simple-to-manage grid.  No more hunting through e-mail to find out who you needed to call — Simply double-click a lead to open the lead details and access additional information, view notes, and update the status of the lead.

When a new lead is assigned to you, you'll receive an e-mail and a text message (as long as you've entered your mobile number and provider in Settings.)  Use the Accept lead or Decline lead buttons in the notification e-mail to take action on the lead.

When using your mobile device, click the View Lead Info link in the text message to view the Lead Info page, where you can accept or decline the new lead.  Note that the expiration time for the lead is determined by your broker, so it may vary.

Depending on your broker's preferences, you may not be able to see all the lead's details until you accept the lead.
