How do I change the Shark Tank settings in Lead Manager?

The Shark Tank Settings page is where you'll manage your lead routing preferences.

  • Shark Tank Max Leads - If the Shark Tank is active, this sets the maximum number of leads an agent can accept per day.  Click Save at the bottom when you are finished.

  • Shark Tank Access - This is where you enable or disable access to the shark tank lead pool.  Choose Only agents I specify can see the leads if you only want to allow specific agents access to the lead pool.  Click the agent's name on the left and click Add to add specific agents to the list.  To allow all agents access to the shark tank pool, click All agents can see these leads.  Click Save at the bottom when you are finished.
