Create a Custom IDX Search

1. Login to your account at Dashboard.Pipelineroi.com

2. Click the Menu option in the top left (1), then click the Website option (2).

Click the Content option that shows at the top of your screen (3), click the Listing tab (4), then click the plus button (5) in the bottom right and select the Listing Page option.

3. In the Listings section, select the IDX option. Select Advanced from the drop down menu, and give the search a name using the Search Name field. Next, select the Property Type. Once you choose a Property Type, you'll see additional search fields appear that correspond to the type you selected.

4. When you're done entering search criteria, click Save at the bottom of the Listings section.

5. Now, when you look at the Listings section, you'll see Saved is showing as the type of search. Below Saved, you'll see a drop down menu of previously saved searches.

6. Select the saved search you'd like to use on the listings page, then click Save in the bottom right corner of the page.

 

Edit a Custom IDX Search

1. Login to your account at Dashboard.Pipelineroi.com

2. Click the Menu option in the top left (1), then click the Website option (2).

Click the Content option that shows at the top of your screen (3), click the Listing tab (4), then click the plus button (5) in the bottom right and select the Listing Page option.

3. In the Listings section, select the IDX option. Select Saved from the drop down menu, then select the name of the saved search you'd like to edit. Once the search name is selected, click Edit (to make changes to the search criteria) or Delete (to remove the saved search) to the right of the search name.

4. If you select Edit, the search criteria will be displayed so you can make changes. Once you're done, click Save at the bottom of the Listings section.
