If at any time you need to have your products moved to another account at Pipeline ROI, whether you’re giving the website to another business partner or just separating it from your other websites, we need written authorization from you before we’re able to move the account. Specifically, we need written authorization from the owner of the products, which in this case literally means the person who paid for it. In order to complete this process, you will need the photo ID of the account holder, the invoice number on the invoice reflecting the website’s purchase, and/or the last 4 digits on the card used to purchase the products.

In order to move your products to another account or transfer ownership of products to a business partner, you will need to gather the following:
A photo ID of the account holder
The domain name (www.yourdomain.com) or website name (yourxsitename.proiwebsites.com, for example)
The Invoice Number reflecting the product’s purchase OR The last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the product
Once you have all of these, print and fill out This Form. Then, scan the document, along with a photocopy of a state issued photo ID or professional license of the account holder, and submit a support request via http://myaccount.pipelineroi.com.
