Drop-Down Arrows Not Appearing Beside Menus In SureDocs
Certain versions of McAfee antivirus software can prevent the drop-down arrows beside the menu items in the SureDocs toolbar from displaying properly on screen. If you’re experiencing this problem, you will be unable to conveniently access the SureDocs functions through those drop-down menus.
McAfee is aware of this issue with their software and has released a patch to account for the problem. Specifically, this patch affects the VirusScan Enterprise 8.0i version of McAfee antivirus. To resolve this issue, you must download and install a patch that McAfee distributes to Enterprise 8.0i customers. To download the patch:

Create an account using the User Login tools on the left and log into McAfee’s support site. In order to create an account on their site, you must have your Grant # accessible. If you do not have access to this number, you will need to call McAfee to acquire the patch.
Once you’ve logged into McAfee’s site, browse through the list of patches until you find the McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0i Patch 11 download.
Download and install the patch to rectify the problem.
